We sell our beef by the 1/4, 1/2 or whole cow at $3.65/lb hanging weight for angus beef.
This price covers all costs to the buyer. All meat is cut at Tri Town Brasherfalls NY.
At Otter Creek Cattle Company in Redwood, NY we breed and raise only the best Red Angus cattle. Our bulls are selected for enhanced meat quality including marbling, tenderness and flavor. The cattle are on natural grass diets all summer and quality hay in the winter. The cattle selected for meat are usually 18 to 24 months old and grain finished for 90 days to produce a high quality beef. Along with a natural diet for most of their lives our cattle do not receive any growth hormones. All these factors combined lead to some of the best tasting beef available.
