1992 ~ like new, never used ~ only taken out of box for photo. Tested & works fine ~ light blinks. Connects to a standard, non-blinking mini-light set – you may need to remove one of your bulbs & use that base for it to fit (instructions included). Approx. 3 1/2" high. Includes original box, packing & instructions
