Floor mounted automatic ventilation fan with chute that vents moisture, unwanted smells, and harmful VOC buildup to the outside This unit is typically for a basement or a slab on grade construction. This was located in our den which is on grade and lower than the rest of the house. We have since remodeled that room and it is no longer needed. Works great. The unit has 2 dials that control the fan speed and desired humidity levels. More effective and much cheaper to operate than dehumidifiers.
