The amplifier is the SAE Two A7 and the tuner is the SAE Two T14. Excellent cosmetic condition. Gorgeous black fascia with blue lights and wooden (real veneer) sides. A few audiophile features including dual phono section, dual tape loops, mid-range controls (independent from treble and bass control), pre-out and main-in so that it can be used as a pre or as a standalone amp. Lovely powered meters.
SAE (Scientific Audio Electronics) was a high-end stereo manufacturer that designed the equipment in California and manufactured it in Japan. Towards the end of the existence of the brand, and in an effort to save cash, they moved manufacturing to other locations in Asia. These pieces are from the Japan era. These are rare pieces that sell for more online, not to mention it won't be cheap to have these beasts shipped, plus you have to pay tax. A set like this recently sold for $500 plus shipping on ebay (https://www.ebay.com/itm/305598865529).
