High-end audiophile Cassette deck player/recorder made by Yamaha in Japan in the 1980s. Three heads, two motors, Dolby DBX support, direct drive, all the bells and whistles. Back in the day, it was one of the best recording decks available, especially if you took the time to use the ORBiT bias calibration.

Works well, if a bit noisy, may need some lubrication/cleaning. Hasn't been used in ages - has sat in my basement for at least 5 years. Cosmetically it's in good shape with a few marks to the cabinet as seen in the pictures.

This is a direct drive unit, so no need to ever replace those pesky belts.
