I had it set up in my basement for 145” diagonal screen and only needed a throw distance of 8 feet.
This projector got amazing reviews. It has 1080p resolution, 3D capability, 2200 ANSI lumens, zoom capability and 10,000:1 high contrast ratio. The bulb has recently been replaced so it should give you hundreds of hours of use. Replacement bulbs are only $50.
Amazon is selling used ones for $640 in not as good of a condition as this.
