This is new in the box and if you are a collector of any type of audio equipment it's pretty cool to have even though it's a replica.
It comes with 8 Metal music disks all Christmas related it operates just like a small music box and simple to use.
It does not play regular music CDs only the metal ones but you can also get other disks for it I just did a fast search on getting other disk and it said yes.
The box that it comes in is absolutely beautiful even if you don't like it for the music part.
The box that it comes in is just a very nice piece with wood inserts on the top and metal handles and hinges it's good quality and in very good condition.
You can test it out before you go no problem.
