In this role, you’ll help clients solve challenges and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You’ll work closely with colleagues to ensure every client interaction is meaningful and impactful. You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met. From helping with renewals to processing certifices of insurance, you’ll handle important tasks th keep our operions running smoothly. You’ll also collabore with team members to improve workflows, nurture client relionships, and maintain accure da. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality results and meeting compliance standards. 

Here’s wh you’ll do: 

• Contribute to the renewal process by delivering timely and high-quality solutions to clients. 

• Support New Business activity via handling of new business applicions, compiling client informion, and preparing high quality and accure proposals for potential clients. 

• Process certifices of insurance and ensure all client and policy da is up-to-de in Gallagher’s systems. 

• Work with your team to improve processes, meet goals, and maintain high productivity standards. 

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulions and service standards. 

• Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results. 

• Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. 

• Build strong relionships with clients and their representives, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

Here’s wh you’ll bring to the role: 

• A high school diploma or GED. 

• Minimum of 1+ years relevant work experience. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office  

• A desire to build relionships and deliver results. 

• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities. 

• A collaborive mindset to work with teams across Gallagher. 

Preferred qualificions: 

• An associe's degree, professional certificion, or equivalent training. 

• Experience in managing client relionships.
