As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and educating clients about our range of cannabis products
Your expertise will help customers make informed decisions, ensuring they have a positive experience in our dispensary
Greet customers warmly and provide them with a welcoming atmosphere
Educate customers on various cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences
Upsell products by effectively communicating their benefits and features
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, including cash register operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary to ensure an inviting environment
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent phone etiquette when answering calls
Supervise junior staff members as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions
