I took an old evinrude outboard motor in on a trade last summer, and was going to get it running for my little 10’ flat bottom but it never happened. I don’t know anything about it except what he told me. What he told me was, it had good compression and spark. Other than that I know it’s a self contained unit with its own fuel tank under the cowling, which is why I wanted it for my little boat. Prop looks good, there doesn’t seem to be any broken or fixed parts on the outside. I think he told me it was a 4hp but don’t quote me on that. You can check the serial # in the pics.
