Much loved Cape Dory Sail boat 'Argus' in very good condition. These boats are well known and respected for their build quality and have a very kind motion out in the water due to their modified full keel profile. We are currently enjoying sailing her on Lake Ontario and have completed a couple of cruising trips on her to Wilson Harbor and Pultneyville this year, so she is ready to be enjoyed. Slip has been paid for to the end of the season that includes a haul out and is included.

We have lovingly cared for and maintained Argus, and we have invested much time and money in modernizing and upgrading all of the key systems and some creature comforts including a 6hp Tohatsu outboard engine (new 2024) located in an outboard well complete with two 3 gal Tohatsu gas cans. Through hulls and seacocks replaced in 2024 with Grocco Bronze fitttings. Rule 800 automatic bilge pump fitted in 2024. All running rigging replaced in 2024. Anchor locker installed this year with 20ft of chain, 120 ft of new nylon rode and Danforth anchor. Salon cushions replaced in 2024. Trelino composting head and 13.2 gal Plastimo flexible fresh water tank new in 2024. Renogy 100ah AGM battery new in 2024. all bright work maintained and in good condition. Dock Lines and fenders replaced in 2024. New blue bottom paint (VC17) applied last year. No soft spots in the deck.
