It's new never used. It's for heavy duty salon chairs not the cheap ones, you pump it up with your feet it has the paperwork the model number and comes with a 4-hole base. We needed the Chrome base and trim we never use the cylinder, it's been sitting on a shelf stored for 10 years.
It has about 8 to 9" of lift, very powerful you could probably use the cylinder for other things.
