I have a used jogging stroller that I bought with the intent to harvest the wheels for another project I am working on. The wheels are the wrong size for what I need plus I kind of hate to tear apart this stroller that looks like it is still usable. I have no experience with this item as a stroller hopefully you have a need and the knowledge to judge if this item will be useful for you.

I will tell you that the tires appear old and you might want to consider upgrading to newer tires at some point.
