Hello, my name is Aaron, and I am almost 40. I have recently gotten into doing art, nearly full-time it seems. I love to draw, sketch, and do things on the computer with C-GTP.
So, what I am looking for in a small studio is:
o Can be up to 12.5' x 13' w (162 sq ft.), but smaller than that is fine i can even workin
o Strong Wi-fi connection
o Well heated & air conditioned
o Quiet where if I have my headphones on with the volume on 75%, I shouldn't be able to hear what the noise is
o Cannot have dogs nearby, no pets inside
o Bathroom access
* Location can be in Alred, Geneseo, Hornell, or Dansville
