This is an antique wooden shoe last that has been hand painted by Charlotte Badeau, a New York tole painting artist.

The last itself is 8” long and 3” wide and stands about 3” high. Apparently it is a size 12D and is hinged or articulated.
The hand-painted folk art is of flowers and grapes and is signed by the artist.
There is a metal plate in the heel area and the piece is in very good condition.
