This is an early (1928) radio-phonograph combination made by RCA Victor. It has a very early, electronically-amplified 78 rpm phonograph paired with an RCA Radiola 18. This radio had advanced TRF that was tuned with a single knob. The radio and amplifier have 7 tubes plus I have one extra tube - UY-227. The tubes light up and the set produces hum but no audio from either the radio or the phonograph. The phonograph has an electromagnetic pickup and a very unusual motor that is integral with the turntable rather than the typical motor/idler drive.
The cabinet is in excellent condition but missing one small (1") piece of veneer on the side.
The automatic interior lamp is present and working.
The tubes (untested) are Four Radiotron 26 tubes (for the Tuned Radio Frequency section)
One Radiotron 27 tube (detector)
Two Radiotron 71A tubes (push-pull audio output)
One Radiotron 80 tube (rectifier)
