This antique child's folding rocking chair is in wonderful condition considering its age. The caning is nearly perfect as you can see from the photos, and the rest of the chair has only minor dings and scrapes as one would expect for a child's furniture item of this age.

I believe this was my grandmother's as a child, which would make it circa 1910s (and perhaps even older).

The chair was appraised back in 2000 for $250 in its current condition. It has certainly appreciated over the 24 years since the appraisal when it officially became an antique (100+ years old)!
