This 10,000 BTU AC unit has only been used for less than a week, but is an older unit. My father purchased this for my grandmother over 20 years or so ago. We put it in her apartment and after one week we took it out and it hasn't been used since. The purchase price was over $500 new and it can cool the whole downstairs in any home. It comes with a remote control and all works just fine. I must be firm on the price although old it is still in like new condition working wise. This is a window unit and the window must be large enough to hold this until upright. The dementions are 20 1/4 tall 23 1/4 deep 17 1/2 wide
