About This Job
If you take pride in producing great work and thrive in a fast-paced team-based environment, we are looking for you. Each project at Eagle is unique and will offer you the chance to create training solutions ranging from instructor-led classroom training to cutting-edge video- and Flash-based e-learning, as well as internal corporate communications. Project subject matter may be anything from custom hardware and software, to soft skills training related to topics such as selling skills, brand messaging delivery, personal productivity, and global procurement processes, to name a few.
You will extract pertinent information from customer meetings and from self-exploration of the clients hardware and software. You will develop PowerPoint presentations, trainer scripts, take screen captures and develop reference materials for students. You will write video and audio scripts for e-learning courses.
For the right candidate, there is opportunity to move into a project lead role and a consultative role with clients.

Experience and Skills Required:
Four-year degree in a related field
Solid experience working in Microsoft Office 2003, especially Word and PowerPoint
Excellent editing and proofreading skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Willingness and flexibility to extend hours when needed to meet tight deadlines
Collaborative team spirit
Training-related experience a plus
Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus
CRM and SFA experience a plus
