NOW is STILL the TIME to BUY a house. The Stimulus Credit is being extended for first time home buyers to April 30, 2010 for the up to $8,000 tax credit and "step up" buyers who have been in their house for at least 5 years can qualify for up to $6,500 to April 30, 2010.
