Over the next year they are increasing their workforce and continue to grow and strengthen their position in the marketplace.
Position Details & Qualifications:
Press Operators will have direct accountability for operating flexographic printing presses including production, quality control, and minor machine adjustments. Individuals will be part of a 34 person department team reporting to shift supervisors. We are seeking candidates that possess at least a High School Diploma or GED, possess basic computer skills, and at least 3 years of machine operation experience. The ideal candidate would have previous flexographic printing press operation experience. You will be required to work any shift (up to 12/hours/day), including weekends and night shifts. This position provides the opportunity to complete a 4-6 month operator-training program to be successful in this position. Also, offers the opportunity to be part of a team environment in a fast paced environment.
Offerings:
This position offers $15.00-17.00 per hour and shift differential pay. Employees are eligible for benefits which include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, vacation time, and Disability. The Rochester location is accessible via expressway travel.
