Set up new employees with HR and schedule one-on-one training with the cell leader (Employee indoctrination – making sure training is occurring)
Assign employees to different cells per Production Schedule and cell leaders requests
Direct grievances and concerns of employees, communicate with HR, handle disciplinary Documentation / Incident and Accident Reports
Communicate directly with employment agency
Track and meet production goals
Close facility in the P.M.
List cycle requirements daily – Monitor numbers during the day – If requirements are not met, discuss with managers and cell leaders immediately
5M’s Mantra – verify being met and document, Ensure cycle counting is done, ensure equipment is functional daily and if not, reported as such immediately and follow up – Make sure P.M.’s are done
Responsible for effective communication channels
Maintain the training matrix
