Food production company is recruiting for a 2nd shift floor supervisor.
Requirements:
Must have 2 - 5 years food production supervision experience.
Proven decision making skills, communication skills and leadership skills.
Ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have excellent work ethics.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs needed.
Must be willing to be a 'hand on' manager.
Food production/manufacturing experience is highly preferred. Candidate must be well rounded in safety, sanitation and quality.
