Plastic Mold Shop is searching for a 2nd shift floor supervisor.
Requirements:
Must have 2 - 5 years supervision experience. Plastic's background is preferred..
Proven decision making skills, communication skills and leadership skills.
Ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have excellent work ethics.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs needed.
Must be willing to be a 'hand on' manager.
Candidate must be well rounded in safety, sanitation and quality.
