Facilities/Maint Ed Coons Maintenance Support Technician
1. Work order entry into TPM maint. management system,
2. Data entry - PM's, spare parts, equipment history into maint. management system.
3. Organize and maintain project files, vendor files & equipment files. 4. Generate work orders, PM schedules, reports from TPM maint. management system.
5. Data collection, entry and preparation of reports for chemical inventories, completion of checklists for environmental, health and safety engineer.
6. Generate purch. reqs and verify receipts and invoices.
7. Maintain spare parts inventory accuracy and control
8. Participate in LEAN/TPM improvement initiatives 9. Provides support as needed to project manager for maintenance of business,
capital equipment and process improvement projects.
10. Will interface with service vendors.
11. Will occasionally be required to work off shift and weekend hours.
1. Computer skills (MS Office/Outlook)
2. Organizational skills for filing and record keeping (electronic and paper files)
3. Familiarity with maintenance managment, project management and purchasing practices
4. Highly motivated, self-starter that can work independently, requires minimal supervision.
5. Quick learner, must be able to adapt and gain proficiency with the startup of a new maintenance management software system. 1. CAD experience 2. 2-Yr Technical Associates Degree or equivalent 3. Prior maintenance and/or project planning experience. desirable. 4. Prior TPM and /or LEAN training.
