The work:
You'll spend most of your time helping manage digital marketing campaigns. You'll be responsible for coordinating programs, projects and activities related to marketing and helping to manage our overall online presence. You should have super creative problem-solving skills and a proven ability to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with our brand strategy, not your favorite color. AND...most importantly, you'll be able to provide metrics and reports on campaign ROI.
Translation:

Supporting offline marketing efforts as needed (direct mail, advertising and events).
Managing our contact database and segmenting when needed.
Sharing your knowledge and expertise to enable the team's success (No super egos please).
Maintaining a consistent voice across multiple networks and media.
