Quiet and responsible mother /daughter (and three small, quiet birds) need an apartment or room to rent. We are selling our mobile home ....and need a place preferably by November 15th. Both mother and daughter attend MCC, mother is also U of R graduate, artist, writer. (We are quiet types--make good, quiet neighbors!)
We are low-income and would prefer rent around $350... but can afford more if heat and electricity are included.
