Looking for a 1br Apartment/Upstairs/Loft/etc. It does not need to be in a complex, could be in a half house (would prefer upstairs/downstairs setup as opposed to side by side). Rent looking for is flexible, if nothing is included, I would prefer the $560 range, If things are included, I will pay increased accordingly. I work full time and go to school full time, school at MCC, and work off 15A, so something in this area would be the best. Looking for something in a nice neighborhood, in a newer building, but as long as it is well kept, I am open.
