Wanted ASAP: Looking for an independent renter of a 4-5 Bedroom Single Family Home to rent in the Wayne/Monroe County area, with the exception of Lyons or within the city of Rochester itself. Willing to pay the first months rent and security deposit upfront. We have 2 dogs 1 lab and one small breed. They are very well behaved and fully trained.
