The following positions exist for experienced Professionals, VP Chief Operations Officer, Director of Business Development, Director of Maternal and Child Services, Director of Emergency Room, Service Line Director for Emergency Room Services, Service Line Director for Cardiac Services, Supervisor of L/D. These position are located in the Northern California area, within two separate non profits organizations.


Financially solvent not for profit faith based healthcare facility has new and challenging, lucrative management opportunities available for the right candidate, this facility is part of a large healthcare organization that has one of the greatest reputations in the country with multiple facilities.

The following directors positions that are currently available are

Director of Maternal and Child Services, includes /D, New Born Nursery, NICU, Postpartum and OB/OR along with Peds. . Must have BCL's, ACL's and PAL'S.or obtain
Interim candidates for Director of Maternal and Child services will be considered.

Supervisor of L/D also needed. Must have BCL's, ACL's and PAL'S.or obtain

Director of Emergency Room, Must have BCL's ACL's PAL's or obtain

Service Line Director for Emergency Room Services, includes ER, Trauma, ICU. Must have BCL's, ACL's and PAL'S.or obtain

Director of Business Development.

Establishes and maintains long-term relationships with affiliations in region, identifying future growth opportunities in current markets.
Develops new PPM (Physician Practice Management) relationships in target markets.
Evaluates regional business conditions and keeps current on industry and trends. Advises senior management on findings and potential new opportunities.
Renegotiates existing Management Services Agreements where necessary. Analyzes affiliation records, trending records, and estimates of market development and potential. Assists senior management in developing affiliation quotas and operational budgets. Maintains ongoing analysis and review of quotas and budgets.
Works with other senior management team members to provide information on potential leads and support
Works closely with executive management to identify development priorities and execute development strategy.

The candidate for this position must meet the following criteria

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline. MBA or MHA preferred.
Minimum five years of experience in a Director of Business Development role and come from a large to medium size facility
Physician Practice environment experience preferred.

Vice President Chief Operations Officer for its facility located near Merced California. This facility has already broken ground for its beautiful state of the art facility with the latest technology with over 200 beds, schedule to open the beginning of 2010

The COO will work closely with the Hospital President to facilitate, direct and coordinate operational activities and programs relative to day-to-day operations of the medical center through the delivery of cost effective and quality services. The COO will have administrative oversight responsibility for many inpatient and outpatient operational support, and clinical services. The COO will serve as Project Sponsor for the Replacement Hospital in overseeing transition planning processes relating to the new hospital,

The preferred candidate will be a bright, seasoned and highly qualified health care executive whose experience demonstrates high-level management and leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and a reputation for personal integrity and professionalism. This individual will be a results and team-oriented health care leader, who will consistently support the organizations Mission/Vision/Values, and conduct themselves in accordance with guiding principles and ethical values.

To qualify for this Vice President, Chief Operations Officer position you must meet the following criteria.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience required. FACHE preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years in senior management, e.g., assistant administrator, vice president, and/or senior director in an acute care hospital setting, with a broad span of hospital operational department oversight. This individual will demonstrate successful professional experience in healthcare administration, including hospital strategic planning, program development, financial administration and operational oversight of hospital ancillary, support and clinical functions.
• Possess a general knowledge and understanding of facilities planning and construction oversight (preferable).
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, in support of communications to Governing Board, medical staff, community, employee groups and external licensing and regulatory organizations.
• Experience working in a union environment is preferable.

Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current licensure in CA or ability to obtain one
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Masters in Nursing form an accredited institution , will consider candidates with evidence of being enrolled in a master program
Must possess detailed knowledge of your areas of speciality
5+ years of demonstrated successful leadership as a Service Line Director for Cardiac Services and come from a large to medium size institution, union background preferred but not required.
Must be proficient in written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with hospital staff, physicians, patients, and patient's families
