Lifetime Care, a respected leader in home health and hospice services is currently recruiting for the following positions:
1. RN/Case Mgr. - Fulltime M-F Days - Positions available on cardiac, continuing care, general adult acute care (Rochester and surrounding suburbs).
2. Physical Therapist - Fulltime or part time M-F Days. Monroe County (fulltime and parttime) Livingston Co. (Part-time).
3. Speech and Language Therapist - All areas (Monroe, Livingston & Seneca Cos.).
4. Occupational Therapist - Full or part time days. Monroe or Livingston Co.
5. Home Health Aide Trainee - FREE classes held monthly! Great pay. . great benefits! Awesome environment with flexibility and autonomy in your day! Cases available in Monroe, Wayne, Seneca, Livingston or Ontario Counties!
6. Certified HHA - Already certified? Hold a NYS DOH sanctioned HHA certification and have you been working as a Certified HHA in the last calendar year? Call us! We can put you to work as soon as you challenge/pass our exam and complete a quick skills assessment!
7. LPN - Valley Manor - Fill in/per diem only.
