Registered Nurse - Enriched Care and Hospice Per Diem/Weekends (Rochester, NY)
This position is responsible for direct nursing care for enriched care/community hospice patients. The RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care. This involves the assessment of patient and family needs, and the development, implementation and evaluation of an appropriate plan of nursing care.
Graduate of an accredited school of registered professional nursing and a valid NYS RN license. Min. of 1 year’s (recent) experience as a licensed RN in an acute care setting or home health agency. NYS drivers license and own vehicle required. Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills.
July start dates for weekend orientation open! Must be able to cover 5 visits per weekend, 20 visits per month & commit to 6 full (consecutive) weekends of orientation
