The Supervisor of Social Work is responsible for the overall quality, performance, and supervision of designated Social Work staff in the delivery of direct clinical services to patients. The responsibility includes participation in the recruitment, training and orientation of new staff in the performance of their duties. This position is responsible for ensuring that multidisciplinary patient care is delivered in an effective, efficient manner. Social Work staff includes Social Workers and Social Work Assistants.
•Masters degree in Social Work required.
•A valid New York State healthcare professional license.
•Working knowledge of hospice regulations.
•A minimum of 5 years of Social Work experience with a minimum of two years in hospice or homecare.
•Minimum of two years of supervising / management experience.
•Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
•Demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
•Must have ability to travel.
Full Time , 8:00am - 5:00pm , Monday - Friday
Location: Rochester, NY
Compensation: 23 - 35 hour
