Speech Language Pathologist (Livingston Cty New York)
Provides physician ordered speech/language therapy services, which include assessment, planning, developing and implementing an individualized patient therapy plan. Coordinates speech/language therapy with the interdisciplinary team care plan.
A Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited graduate school program and a NYS license to practice as a Speech/Language Pathologist and a minimum of 2 year’s (post-graduate) experience in a acute care facility and/or an acute outpatient rehabilitation facility. Possession of a valid NYS driver's license. Pre-employment physical examination and an annual health assessment as required by New York State Health Department.
