Part Time Banquet and Event Sales (Fairport, New York)
We are seeking a self starter to represent our banquet facility to businesses and individuals for their events. We host many weddings, showers, proms, sales meetings, seminars, trade shows, golf tournaments, etc. Approximately 15 to 20 hours/week. Could develop into a full time position as sales increase. Some coordinating of events is also required. This is an hourly paid position with an incentive for new business brought in.
Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and be professional in appearance and manner. A background in hospitality and/or previous Country Club employment is a plus.
We prefer applicants with same experience but will consider training someone with related experience.
Location: Fairport, New York
Compensation: $10.00/hour plus commission
