Professional Account Solutions Group, Inc. is a small but fast growing 3rd party collection agency located in Spencerport, NY. We are currently in search of Debt Collectors to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented call center environment. Collectors must have great negotiation skills with the ability to answer inquiries and solve problems efficiently in order to resolve outstanding balances. Collectors must also evaluate and assess customer's credit and financial situations to create options for the customers to avoid further delinquencies. Excellent on-the-job training. No experience is necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Contact customers to determine reason for payment delinquency
• Negotiate payment arrangements
• Use a computerized system for tracking and information gathering
• Working the designated number of accounts/calls per day
• Responsible for reviewing aging accounts
• Analyze information found and appropriately utilize it for purpose of collecting outstanding debts.

General Schedule: 2 days 8:00am - 5:00pm, 3 evenings Noon – 9pm,
2 Saturdays\Sundays per month 8:00am - 12:00pm and an occasional Sunday 5pm – 9pm.
Salary: $8 - $11 per hour + Bonus (Commensurate with Experience)
