Director of customer service needed for growing business that manufacturers and sells high end women’s apparel directly to the customer through a network of sales reps.
As a manager you will be responsible that the customer service department:
Enters customer orders correctly
Orders are shipped on a timely basis
Accurate information is provided to reps and customers
Customer needs and questions and addressed and resolved quickly
Clear communication with other departments (production, warehouse)
This is a hands on position which will require the individual to roll up their sleeves. Person must be detailed oriented, be able to multi-task in a fast changing environment, good interpersonal skills, and excellent computer skills including Excel.
3-5 years solid customer service management experience, preferably in same industry, required. This is NOT an entry-level position.
