We are a fun, casual, safe, friendly customer service Mortgage Company. We are now hiring fun, energetic, well spoken, confident individuals who have natural people skills and are at ease speaking on the phone with anyone. Your job is to call home owners wanting to refinance their mortgage who requested that we contact them in order to gather additional information so that we may help them. We offer multiple shifts, 7 days a week, 11 am - 11 pm with very flexible hours to accommodate busy college students' schedules. Less than 2 miles from campus, we also offer an Espresso bar, bottled water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the winters and occasionally pizza. 90% of our employees are RIT college students who have been with us longer than a year.
